A Man From Uttar Pradesh Posts His Wife Pictures Of Bathing On Facebook
According to the reports submitted to the department of Jasrana situated in Firozabad under the articles of section number 67 for the Information Technology (IT) Act. The case is now under deep investigation and strict actions are demanded by the woman against her husband who didn’t consider her situation and integrity at all. In accordance with the complaint filed by the woman about her husband posting her private pictures on social media. Her husband resides in a place called Uttam Nagar in Delhi and is a worker in a circus. According to the woman, her husband is described as social media addict and added that he used to video call her from one room while she was in another room of the same house since he wanted to use his mobile phone all the time.

The woman accused her husband of recording their video calls and even posting them on social media platforms even after knowing that those video calls were something private between the husband and wife. She even accused her husband of recording her while she was bathing in her bathroom and even posted those videos on social media as well. As soon as she found out about this act she asked her husband to delete those photographs immediately although he denied it and added that this is all about some ways that he is trying to gain followers on social media and he won’t delete them as it would cost him a huge loss in a number of followers. According to the statements given by the Superintendent of Police (rural) Ranvijay Singh, the case was filed in which the wife accused her husband that he did not respect her and actually caused loss of integrity to her. He added the recording statement and said that they’ll get the statements and proofs together to take strict action against the accused man over the offences of disrespectful behaviour and posting private pictures of a woman without her permission. The whole case is running under POSCO ACT.
