Eric Lindquist Death Reason

Eric began his career in broadcasting in 2004, with Lowell Lock Monsters, as a baseball team commentator. Initially, he worked as an assistant production coordinator for TBS and The real Gilligan’s Island. He also was a casting director for FOX TV’s reality shows like Renovate My Family and Trading spouses. After working with Lowell Lock Monsters for two years, in 2006, he went back to California, where he broadcasted for long beach ice dogs, which is a former ECHL team. After a year of broadcasting for Ice dogs, Eric then joined Worcester Sharks.

He worked with Worcester Sharks as the public relations director and director of broadcasting. With Worcester Sharks he worked for 8 long years and then finally, Eric and AHL moved to San Jose. He then spent a year handling public relations for the team, and also calling games for the team. After a year in 2016, he then returned back to Worcester, and this time he worked for the Railers. HE worked with Railers as the marketing and communications president. He took off from his work in 2021.

Eric Lindquist: Funeral & Obituary

He announced his 1,000th pro hockey on the 27th of February 2018. Until then he was continuously working with Railers as their play-by-play broadcaster. Even after leaving the organization, he was still working for the team by assisting Cliff Rucker who is the team owner and helped him in various capacities. The hockey community and people who keep up with their updates and follow their pages have sent their heartfelt condolences and prayers to Eric’s family.
