What Happened At Del Norte High School?
APD communications director Gilbert Gallegos said in an interview that the Surveillance camera captured what are supposed to be shots of bullets fired nearby the building. But until now there is no one caught in the camera who is seen carrying a weapon inside the building and shooting nearby. Police are now thoroughly investigating the case and until now there is no injury or fatality has been reported in the school or nearby. As there was a shooting reported near the school, Del Norte school was cleared and put under shelter after the shooting was reported and police arrived at the place. As the bullet shots were held and shots were spotted near the parking area of the building, the building was cleared finding no threats to the students of the school.
Del Norte High School Cleared After Shots Fired Nearby
Police went floor by floor and they cleared up the building and found no one suspected. Also, the police revealed that the building was cleared by 2:20 pm and the students were reportedly picked up by their parents from the campus to avoid any kind of threat to the school students. As the parents were informed about the shooting, some of them rushed without wasting a moment and one of them said in fear that he is hoping to see his sister soon and also pray for the families to get their children safely as parents and families who came to the school were looking worried after they were said that there was a shooting held at the school.
No One Injured In Del Norte High School Shooting
Del Norte School has over 1000 students from 9 grade to 12 grade. As the police are investigating the case, it was seen that there was no one reported to be injured or fatal. But, it was also seen that there was no one reported to be carrying a weapon or any shooting recorded on the camera. Earlier as well similar cases occurred but there was no sign of shooting or bullet shots reported. At this time there are bullet shots being reported it is clear that some sort of shooting might have occurred. Also, it is unclear who and when fired the bullets as the investigations are still held and the police are thoroughly going through every lead.
